T.B. Basnet, Owner & Managing Director of Chill and Spice in Germany, is a seasoned culinary expert whose journey began in 1998. With a deep-rooted passion for authentic flavors and a commitment to culinary excellence, he has crafted a multicultural dining experience that beautifully blends Singaporean vibrancy with beloved Indian traditions. His leadership at Chill and Spice reflects a vision honed over decades, bringing together global tastes in a warm, soulful atmosphere.

Basnet’s international career spans Japan to Poland, shaping his rich culinary philosophy. In Poland, he led Spice Garden, specializing in Thai and Indian cuisine, and later refined his skills in Japanese gastronomy at Plaza Sushi.
